This 4-week self-paced course is intended to help you navigate menopause and chronic pelvic pain.

Description

Our course is focused on education about Menopause, its effects on the brain, nervous system, the gut, and how this impacts those dealing with chronic pelvic pain. Through the 4 weeks, participants will be shown meditation & breathing techniques, nutritional suggestions, movement and exercises, and mindfulness-based stress reduction . The goal is to provide every participant a guide to use as they transition through menopause with chronic pelvic pain.

We have a live group offered on Wednesdays at 12 PM ET and the open format group discusses menopause and chronic pelvic pain. Participants are encouraged to discuss what exercises/techniques have worked for them.
