My love for medicine began at an early age, as young as six years old, when I knew I wanted to be a doctor. After being a patient in a women’s health setting, I witnessed the profound impact nurses have on patients and how they supported me when I was most vulnerable. It was after that experience that I realized I wanted to contribute to helping others in need.

I take a holistic, patient-centered approach to caring for patients. I make it a priority to actively listen to their concerns with empathy, conduct a thorough assessment, and then, using my expertise, educate the patient on a plan that will benefit them. My goal is to help them achieve optimal wellness and improve their quality of life.

Endometriosis is a condition I have witnessed firsthand, seeing how debilitating its effects can be on women. I saw my own mother suffer from severe pain, which eventually led to a hysterectomy in her late 30s, the only treatment available at that time. I believe it’s important for women to know that there are new, safe, and innovative treatments, such as those available here at PRM, that are minimally invasive and may provide relief without always resorting to surgical procedures that carry higher risks and longer recovery times.

Pelvic health affects more than just the physical body; it can have long-term effects that, if not addressed, can lead to physical complications and become an emotional stressor in one’s life. Pelvic health is just as vital as any other part of your body and is essential to ensuring a high quality of life as we age.

PRM’s mission to decrease the time patients suffer with pelvic pain means prioritizing timely, effective, and compassionate care. It’s about being proactive in diagnosing and treating pelvic pain conditions to prevent prolonged suffering and improve patients’ quality of life as quickly as possible.

During my time as a nurse practitioner, I served in local community clinics treating women’s health conditions, performed annual women’s wellness exams, and gained firsthand insight into the challenges women face with pelvic conditions.
I have evaluated and treated both women and men who have suffered from sexual dysfunction. I have also worked with veterans of sexual trauma, conducting disability reviews and providing medical opinions.
As a nurse practitioner, I believe in and have treated patients using a multimodal approach, incorporating traditional, homeopathic, vitamin, and peptide therapies.

Beyond happy that I made the choice to come to LA to go to the Pelvic Rehabilitation Medicine. The team is amazing here and have helped me better understand endometriosis and the inflammatory process on my nerves and muscles from the condition. I am from Canada and would recommend anyone with endo who is struggling to find relief to come here for help!! You will be heard and validated! Words can’t describe how thankful I am to feel like I have answers and am seeing improvements after two rounds of injections.
