Dr. Allyson Augusta Shrikhande is a board-certified specialist in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. As the Chief Medical Officer of Pelvic Rehabilitation Medicine, she brings extensive expertise in women’s and men’s health, as well as sexual health. Dr. Shrikhande is widely recognized as a leading authority in pelvic health, and she has made significant contributions as a researcher, author, and lecturer in the field of female and male pelvic pain diagnosis and treatment.

Dr. Shrikhande is deeply committed to her mission of helping individuals with pelvic pain, who often face challenges in finding understanding and effective treatment. To further her expertise, she has collaborated with renowned experts across gynecology, urology, physiatry, and interventional pain medicine, both nationally and internationally. This global knowledge has been distilled into an innovative, office-based approach to treating pelvic pain and pelvic floor muscle dysfunction.

Gautam V. Shrikhande

Dr. Gautam Shrikhande is a board-certified general and vascular surgeon who is passionate about raising awareness of and providing access to care for chronic diseases that often go underdiagnosed or undertreated, particularly among women. As CEO of Pelvic Rehabilitation Medicine, he is committed to helping patients suffering from endometriosis and other chronic conditions to achieve a high quality of life and improved functioning. Dr. Shrikhande underwent general surgical and vascular surgical training at Harvard Medical School and Columbia University respectively. He also served as an Assistant Professor of Clinical Surgery at Columbia University-College of Physicians and Surgeons and New York-Presbyterian, Queens and Medical Director of Surgery for the New York Presbyterian Medical Group, Queens.
